Falconcloud is launching a new location in Kazakhstan — Almaty High Performance. Users can now create virtual servers in a new high-performance cluster based on the vStack platform.
The location is designed for projects with high requirements for cloud server performance, stability under intensive workloads, and infrastructure placement in Kazakhstan.
New Cluster Specifications
A 3rd Gen Intel cluster has been launched for the Almaty High Performance location in the Kazteleport data center. The architecture is based on servers with Intel Xeon Platinum 8380 processors, DDR4 3200 MHz RAM, and Mellanox ConnectX-6 Lx network adapters.
The cluster is focused on high-performance configurations: virtual servers can be used for workloads with active request processing, growing load, and increased demand for computing resources.
Who It Is Suitable For
The location can be used for:
- large databases and data storage;
- corporate applications and internal services;
- web projects and applications with growing traffic;
- test and production environments;
- projects that require infrastructure placement in Kazakhstan.
Virtual servers are created on the vStack platform. During deployment, users can configure CPU, RAM, disk, and network parameters according to project requirements.
How to Create a Server in the New Location
- Open the Falconcloud control panel.
- Go to the vStack Cloud server creation section.
- Select the required operating system and choose the Almaty High Performance location in Kazakhstan.
- Configure the required resources: CPU, RAM, disk, and network.
