New Amsterdam High Performance Cluster Launched

Falconcloud is expanding its infrastructure in Amsterdam with a new powerful Amsterdam High Performance cluster for virtual servers based on the vStack platform. The cluster is designed for projects that need higher-performance configurations and stable operation as workloads grow.
The update increases the available resource pool in the European location and gives users more capacity for projects with high requirements for compute performance, storage operations, and network throughput.
What Has Changed?
A new powerful cluster has been added to the AM2 data center. It is built on a modern server platform with dual Intel Xeon Gold 8380 processors, DDR4 RDIMM memory, SSD SATA drives, and 25GbE SFP28 network adapters.
This configuration provides more compute resources for workloads with active request processing, large data volumes, and higher performance requirements.
Use Cases
The new Amsterdam High Performance cluster can be used for:
- web projects targeting European users;
- backend services and APIs;
- databases and data storage;
- corporate applications;
- test and production environments;
- projects that require infrastructure placement in Europe.
Virtual servers are created on the vStack platform. During deployment, users can configure CPU, RAM, disk, and network parameters according to project requirements.
How to Create a Server in Amsterdam High Performance
- Open the Falconcloud control panel.
- Go to the vStack Cloud server creation section.
- Select the required operating system.
- Choose the Amsterdam High Performance location.
- Configure CPU, RAM, disk, and network settings.
- Click “Create”.
The new Amsterdam High Performance cluster is already available in the Falconcloud control panel.
