Public API for VMware is now available in Falconcloud
Falconcloud has added support for Public API methods for VMware infrastructure. VMware Cloud users can now manage resources via API.
We have also updated the Terraform guide. It helps you configure the Terraform provider faster and describe infrastructure as code.
What it gives you
- Management automation — VMware Cloud operations can be performed via API.
- Infrastructure as code — Terraform helps describe configurations in files.
- Repeatable scenarios — common tasks can be turned into reusable configurations.
- Fewer manual actions — routine operations can be moved to scripts and pipelines.
Who will find it useful
- Developers — for integrating infrastructure management into applications.
- DevOps engineers — for deployment automation and CI/CD with Terraform.
- System administrators — for managing VMware resources via API.
- Project owners — for better control and repeatability of infrastructure operations.
How to connect
- Read the API guide in the knowledge base.
- Log in to the Falconcloud control panel.
- Go to the Automation section.
- Follow the API guide.
Public API for VMware is already available. Go to the Falconcloud control panel, create an API key, and set up automation for your tasks.
