What’s Happening in Amsterdam and What Comes Next

inc_fc

Hello,

We want to update you openly on the situation with our Amsterdam location and what to expect next.

What happened

On September 15, equipment operated by our partner in Amsterdam was disconnected from power by the local authorities. Servers in this location are currently unavailable, and we do not yet have a timeline for restoring access.
Since then, our engineers have been helping customers restore their projects from backups in other locations. If you haven't migrated yet or something still isn't working, please contact Falconcloud Support — we'll help.

If your servers were in Amsterdam

You can move to any available location. We'll cover your first month there, including the price difference if the new location costs more. This offer is valid until October 23 — just contact Falconcloud Support.
If you'd like a refund of your remaining balance, please send a request to Falconcloud Support.
We will inform you as soon as we have more information about the data stored in this location.

If you're in the US or Canada

Servers in these locations are operating normally, and no action is needed on your side.
We are transitioning the operation of these locations to local operators and, going forward, plan to work with local partners in each region. We'll share an update once this is complete.
As always, we recommend keeping backups configured. If you'd like to move your infrastructure to another country, we're happy to help with the migration.

Thank you for staying with us.
